What we did (in a nutshell):

India's largest energy brand, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), needed a digital ecosystem that could keep pace with real-time updates, manage high-traffic demands, and meet strict government and Cert-In compliance standards. Their existing setup struggled with time-sensitive uploads, limited scalability and recurring security alerts, all of which affected continuity and search visibility.

So… we built a streamlined, always-ready ecosystem designed for reliability. The team managed the website 24×7, handling 150–200 update requests each month, with tenders, rate revisions and press releases going live within 15–30 minutes. Alongside this, four Retail Business Unit websites were developed, and new pages and content were deployed the same day to eliminate delays in business-critical communication.

At the backend, we implemented a scalable hosting architecture that delivered faster uptime, even during peak public-access hours. A continuous audit and monitoring framework was also established, aligning the ecosystem with standards such as GIGW, SAST, WAPT, VAPT and WCAG, ensuring security and compliance were strengthened at every layer.

We also strengthened search performance through detailed SEO and schema updates, and conducted regular VAPT and Cert-In audits to proactively close vulnerabilities. Together, these upgrades elevated performance, discovery and the overall resilience of BPCL's digital presence.
